Recent reports state that waves of tech executives are leaving comfortable jobs at Google, Apple, Amazon to join crypto startups. One example is Brian Roberts, the chief financial officer of Lyft who recently left to join Opensea.

To combat this, Google started offering additional stock grants to employees in related fields. Other companies are taking similar measures to retain their talent.

Overall, we believe this is extremely bullish for the growth of the crypto industry.
