Ethereum just ran a major ‘merge’ test, bringing it one step closer to the ETH 2.0 upgrade. While a few minor issues were noted by developers, this dress rehearsal helped simulate what would happen should the Merge happen today. We anticipate the Merge to be launched later this year.
