A SPAC is a company created with the sole purpose of merging with or acquiring a private company and taking it public. They have become quite popular in the last year, with companies like Virgin Galactic and SoFi going public via SPAC. In the SEC filing, the firm highlights cryptocurrency and digital assets firms as a possible pick to merge with or acquire.
