Mining Program

How do I withdraw my mining rewards?

First off, congrats on building up your mining balance! We hope this is the beginning of a long and prosperous journey for both of us.

Where and how do I initiate a mining withdrawal?

Please note that once you redeem your Satoshis, you will not be able to transfer from your BTC wallet back into your Mining Balance! If you would still like to redeem, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Profile page

  2. Tap on your Sat Rewards wallet

  3. Tap on the small arrow in the top right and follow the prompts

When withdrawing, you will see two options: wBTC (Polygon) and Ember Bitcoin Wallet. If you choose to go the wBTC (Polygon) route, then we highly suggest checking out this article to ensure you send these funds correctly: https://help.emberfund.io/hc/en-us/articles/22405287353243-How-do-I-withdraw-rewards-with-the-Polygon-Network-wBTC

What are the requirements to withdraw your rewards?

To redeem your rewards, you must first meet the following requirements:

  • Reach the minimum threshold of 10,000 Sats

  • Submit this withdrawal during the last two weeks of the month

  • Enter at least 5 tournaments throughout the month

  • Activate the spinner at least 5 times

Additionally, please note that you can only have one pending withdrawal at a time.

When are these paid out?

Mining withdrawals are always batch-processed during the first week of the following month. For example, if submit a withdrawal in January, you should expect to receive your rewards in early February. The distribution date for these withdrawals is typically around the 7th of each month*, but can vary depending on the volume and what day of the week this falls on. The reason behind this delay in payouts is that it allows us to manually verify the validity of these withdrawals, creating a healthier and more sustainable earning program for everyone.

* The estimated time shown in-app is in Pacific Standard Time.
